Guadalupe Salsa

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups crushed tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded/washed & chopped
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 2 T garlic salt
- 4 jalapeno peppers, boiled for 15 minutes then cooled & chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green chile
- 1 T crushed red chile
- 1 t cumin powder
- 2 t dried oregano
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl... cover & refrigerate overnight.
