Blend the sugar, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper well. Put into a 1 pint screw top jar. Add the oil and vinegar/lemon juice. Cover jar tightly and shake vigorously to blend. Store in the refrigerator.
Shake well before using.
This has waaaay too much oil for my taste... I'd probably cut it down to a quarter cup and make up the difference with water. It won't emulsify
the same way but I'm willing to make that sacrifice. :-)
