INGREDIENTS
    • 1 lb / 450 g tofu
    • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
    • 2 T cornstarch
    • 1 T vanilla
    • 1/2 t salt

METHOD
Blend together in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
