Tofu French Toast
Breakfast - French toast -

INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz / 340 g silken tofu
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 4 to 6 slices bread
METHOD
Combine everything but the bread in a blender and blend 'til smooth. Pour mixture into a boal and dip each slice of bread into it until coated. On a lightly oiled griddle, brown the battered bread on each side. Serve hot.
