Celeriac with Cress
Vegetables - Celeriac -

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 celeriac
- Oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Cress
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
Peel celeriac and cut it into small sticks. Saute in the oil for a few minutes. Add lemon-juice and let it simmer by low heat for 10 minutes, until tender. Blend cress with the celeriac. Taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
NOTES
I was looking for something to do with my celeriac and fell over this. Looks simple, but good.
