Stuffed Mushrooms (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb / 450 g large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pignoli nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- Braggs to taste
- 1/2 cup tahini dressing
- Poppy seeds
- Paprika
METHOD
Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside. Place nuts in processor with S blade and blend until creamy. Add remaining ingredients to processor and blend until well combined. Stuff mushrooms and garnish with paprika and poppy seeds.
