Scrambled Tofu
Eggs - Scrambled -

INGREDIENTS
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 package tofu
- Margarine
- Turmeric
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Nutritional yeast to taste
- Celery salt (optional)
METHOD
Melt margarine in a skillet. Crumble in the tofu, in scrambled-egg size chunks. Add the scallions, a few dashes of turmeric, sea salt and pepper to taste. Stir. If you'd like more yellow color, add more turmeric. Add nutritional yeast to taste and serve warm (with tortillas and salsa and hash browns is really good!).
