Riina's Gluten Gree Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS
    • 2 decilitres / 200 ml / 6 3/4 fl oz rice flour
    • 2 decilitres / 200 ml / 6 3/4 fl oz maize flour
    • 1 t baking powder
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 130 g / 4 1/2 oz tofu
    • 1/2 decilitres / 50 ml / 1 3/4 fl oz olive oil
    • Approx. 1 decilitre / 100 ml / 3 1/2 fl oz water

      *** I'm not completely sure, but I'm assuming a decilitre is a tenth of a litre; 100 ml.


METHOD
1. Mix the dry stuff.

2. Add the tofu and the olive oil and mix together.

3. Add water 'til you reach a smooth texture.

4. Even the dough out on a baking plate.

5. Use any kind of fillings you like, we prefer tomato sauce, onions, pineapple, mushrooms, capers, oregano and loads of garlic. Bake in 225C/438F for about 20 minutes.


NOTES
My friend Riina made it! This is perfect, even for 'normal' people. The crust works without crumbling even if you make it very thin.
