Pignoli Nut Mold (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups pignoli nuts
- 1 pkg. agar flakes (1 oz / 30 g)
- 1 cup bermuda onion, minced
- 1 cup red peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- Braggs to taste
METHOD
Dissolve agar flakes in three cups boiling water until clear. Cool down. Blend with the pignoli nuts into a thick creamy liquid. Mix in minced vegetables. Add braggs. Pour into a 10 inch / 25 cm spring-form pan and chill until firm. Slice and serve with a salad. This is excellent.
