Cook filling until mushy and soft, and water is evaporated.
Press half of crust mixture in bottom of a 25 x 30 centimeter (10 x 12 inch) pan. Add filling and cover with the rest of the crust mixture. Press and bake at 180C/350F for about 35 minutes. Cut and let cool.
Mix Outmeal, flour, salt, and oil. Then add vanilla and water/rice milk.
