Grilled and Hammered Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
    • 6 large ripe red tomatoes, cored and sliced in half, horizontally
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 3 t rosemary
    • 2 t dill
    • Some Spike

METHOD
Arrange the tomatoes in a good-sized baking dish, cut side up. Pour the olive oil over them suckers and sprinkle with spices. Broil until the tops begin to brown (about 5 minutes)

NOTES
This can be either a side project, or a main dish. Grill the hostages until you can come up with an appropriate menu for the evening. Never forget to keep a close eye on your supply of duct tape.
