Marinated Broccoli
Vegetables - Broccoli -

INGREDIENTS
- 3 bunches of broccoli, florets only
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 2 T tamari (or soy sauce)
METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a container that has a lid, adding the tamari and sesame oil last. Cover with the lid. Shake the mixture up like a tossed salad. Best if allowed to sit 30 to 45 minutes so that the flavors can marry. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
