Chocolate Mousse Pie

INGREDIENTS
    • Silken tofu
    • Chocolate
    • Pre made graham cracker crust

METHOD
Cream tofu in a blender. Melt chocolate (bars or chips) in a pan nested over a second pan with water in it. Stir chocolate and silken tofu in a bowl to taste. Pour it all into a pre-made graham cracker crust, chill and serve.
