In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil to 380F/195C degrees or very hot but not smoking. Add the tofu and stir fry 1 minute. Add the peppers, onion, garlic and ginger and stir fry 1 minute more.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu and vegetables. Stir fry until the moisture has been absorbed about, 1 minute.
Serve warm with rice or noodles.
