2. Drain the tofu and set the marinade aside. Saute the tofu, in half of the oil at high heat for about 4 minutes. Take tofu out of frying pan and set aside.
3. Heat up the rest of the oil and saute the vegetables for 2-3 minutes by high heat. Add the tofu and the marinade from before and bring to boil while stirring, carefully, making sure everything gets mixed. Serve immediately.
