Lentil Death Loaf

INGREDIENTS
    • 2 cups cooked lentils
    • 2/3 cup plain soymilk
    • 2 T oil
    • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
    • 2 t egg replacer
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1 t sea salt
    • 1 t thyme
    • 1 big chopped yellow onion
    • 1 cup grated red onion
    • 1 cup chopped celery

METHOD
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Slop into a greased 1.5 quart / 1.5 L casserole dish. Steal this dish from your mom's house. Bake at 350F/180C for about 1 hour. Eats well with nutritional yeast gravy.

NOTES
Heavy, yet light enough to carry along on those late-night raids. Slice and use for sandwich filler or duct tape a piece to your bike for emergencies.
