Filling
2. Place filling with scallions in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Reduce to low heat, beating continuously with whisk until thick and smooth.
3. Pour over warmed veggies, mix well (sauce will be thick and stretchy). Spoon filling into crust.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
