Deviled Tempeh Spread

INGREDIENTS
    • 1/2 lb / 225 g tempeh
    • 1 T ketchup
    • 1 T miso
    • 1 t onion powder
    • 1/2 t garlic powder
    • 1/2 t sage
    • 1/2 t thyme
    • 1/8 t red pepper flakes

METHOD
Steam the tempeh for 20 minutes.

Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and spread-able. Spread on bread with lettuce and tomato for sandwiches.
