Nori Vegetable Rolls (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
    • 2 carrots
    • 4 scallions
    • 1 zucchini
    • 1 cucumber
    • Alfalfa sprouts
    • Braggs and lemon juice
    • Nori sheets

METHOD
Clean and slice vegetable into long thin strips. Marinate in braggs and lemon juice for one hour. Drain and dry vegetables with a paper towel. Arrange an assortment on your sheet of nori. Top with lots of sprouts and roll up. Eat whole.
