2. Heat up the oil in a frying pan - saute onion, garlic, tumeric, paprika and cinnamon. Add rice and shake/stir until all of the rice is covered in the spicy mixture.
3. Add the vegetable stock, the fresh horse-beans, green beans, pepper and salt. When it boils turn down the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is done. Add the olives and stir. Serve immediately.
