Maizemeal Bread (Gluten and Yeast Free)

INGREDIENTS
    • 250 g / 8 oz maize meal
    • 2 T sugar
    • 4 t wheatfree baking powder
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 285 ml / 2/3 pint soy milk
    • 3 T corn oil
    • 1 egg replacer

METHOD
Brush a 20 x 23 cm (8 x 9 inch) tin with corn oil. Whisk ingredients together pour into tin. Bake at 220C/430F for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares whilst in tin. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
