Cashew Gelato
Dessert - Ice cream -

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/2 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup carob powder
METHOD
Mix all ingredients except almonds in a blender until creamy, fold in almonds, spoon into bowls and freeze. Eat after 12 hours.
