Soy Flour Waffles
Breakfast - Waffles -

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 t active dry yeast
- 1 t sea salt (optional)
- 1 cup warm milk substitute or water
- 1 T brown rice syrup or golden syrup
- 1 T vegetable oil (optional)
METHOD
Dissolve yeast in warm milk substitute or water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and set in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours. Bake in a hot oiled waffle iron.
