Soy Flour Waffles

INGREDIENTS
    • 1/4 cup soy flour
    • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    • 1 t active dry yeast
    • 1 t sea salt (optional)
    • 1 cup warm milk substitute or water
    • 1 T brown rice syrup or golden syrup
    • 1 T vegetable oil (optional)

METHOD
Dissolve yeast in warm milk substitute or water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and set in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours. Bake in a hot oiled waffle iron.
