Rhubarb Marmalade with Figs

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g / 8 dl rhubarb, diced
- 150 g / 3 dl dried figs, sliced
- 2 dl of water
- 100 g of raw sugar
- Juice from one lemon
METHOD
Boil the rhubarb and the figs in the water for 20 minutes. Add sugar and lemon juice - boil, while stirring, for a few minutes more, until it thickens. Pour on a glass or jar which have been in boiling water. Place in refrigerator to cool down.
