Plain Jane Pancakes
Breakfast - Pancakes -

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unbleached white flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup soy, rice, or almond milk
- 2 1/2 T oil
- 2 T liquid sweetener (maple syrup, rice syrup, etc.)
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
METHOD
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients just until combined;
don't overmix! Cook on a nonstick griddle over medium high heat for a minute or two, then flip.
