Pignoli Smoked Fish Pate (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
    • 2 cups pignoli nuts
    • 3/4 cup raw white sauerkraut
    • 1/4 cup fresh dill
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
    • Braggs to taste

METHOD
Put all ingredients into the food processor with the S blade. Blend until smooth.

NOTES
When this was prepared for a class at Hippocrates we all tasted it and decided that we were reminded of a smoked fish flavor. I hope you get the same results. We made a mold in the shape of a fish and served it to many amazed lunch guests.
