Pignoli Peach Sherbet (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Pignoli Cream
- 3 large ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 T psyllium seed powder
METHOD
Blend peaches, maple syrup and psyllium. Mix with pignoli cream and freeze in an ice cube tray. You can try almond cream or substitute other ripe sweet fruits. Put the frozen mixture through the champion juicer with blank blade for a delicious treat.
