Peanut Cereal

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 t or more salt, depending on whether your peanut butter is salted
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 T bulgur or steel-cut oats
- 2 T peanut butter
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- Optional raisins/fresh fruit
METHOD
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add the grain and peanut butter. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the cereal is smooth and creamy, 15-20 minutes.
