Mrs Falafel's Satay Pate

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 x 14 oz / 400 g can of haricot beans, drained & rinsed
    • 4 T crunchy peanut butter
    • 1 T sesame oil
    • 2 T soy sauce or tamari
    • Pinch of cayenne pepper
    • 1 spring onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 T vegetable oil
    • 4 T lime juice
    • 1/4 cup of dessicated coconut

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, and mix until smooth. Add a little water to thin if too lumpy. Chill in the refridgerator for 1/2 hour.

Serve on small rice cakes or sesame biscuits.
