Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion, sauté until golden brown. Add garlic, green pepper and courgette. Add mexican spice, cumin and oregano; sauté for 2 mins. Add tomatoes or passata, black beans and sweetcorn and cocoa. Cover, simmer 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
