Italian Sauce (Raw)
Condiments - Sauce -

INGREDIENTS
2 cups carrot juice
1 cup red pepper juice
1 stalk celery
1 red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup pignoli nuts
1 T italian seasoning
Braggs to taste
6 mushrooms, sliced
METHOD
Blend all ingredients except mushrooms into a thick sauce. Mix in the sliced mushrooms.
NOTES
You can substitute one cup tahini for pignoli nuts.
