Cheesecake (Version 1)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block soft tofu, drained
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla, lemon or almond essence
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 graham cracker crust
METHOD
Combine all ingredence in a blender and blend until creamy. Then put all ingredients into the graham cracker crust. Kebler reduced fat graham cracker crust is very good, and vegan. Bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes. Finally, put in fridge or freezer until cool.
