Grits
Breakfast - Cereal -

INGREDIENTS
- About 1 cup water
- Dash of salt
- 3 T grits
- Margarine
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
Bring water with a dash of salt to boiling, and add grits. Cook until really thick - lumps are appreciated. Spoon onto plate. Add margarine salt and pepper to taste. If you know of any good fake cheddar cheese add a bit and stir it in to melt.
NOTES
This is about as authentic as you are going to get.
