Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup toasted whole wheat flour
    • 1 cup honey (not vegan, I know, so substitute maple syrup)
    • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter, I suppose)
    • 1 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1 cup wheat germ
    • 1 cup carob powder (or cocoa powder)

METHOD
Mix well and roll balls in wheat germ.
