Breakfast - Breakfast bar - -
- 1 cup toasted whole wheat flour
- 1 cup honey (not vegan, I know, so substitute maple syrup)
- 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter, I suppose)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup carob powder (or cocoa powder)
Mix well and roll balls in wheat germ.
