Dried Fruit Relish (Raw)

INGREDIENTS
    • 1/2 cup dried apricots
    • 1 cup dried peaches
    • 1 cup dried pears
    • 1 whole orange, peeled
    • 2 T lemon juice
    • 1/2 t allspice or pumpkin pie spice

METHOD
Soak dried fruit for about six hours. Drain and mince into very fine pieces by hand. Process remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup of minced fruit. Mix this puree with remaining minced fruit. Refridgerate.

NOTES
For variation, include orange rind.
