INGREDIENTS
- 1 T miso
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1-2 (or more) T cider vinegar
- 1/2 t each granulated onion and garlic
METHOD
I mix all this together in a clear pyrex measuring jug and add orange juice or water (or both) to bring the measure up to one cup. Sometimes I add flax seed meal (2-3 tablespoons) but if so I add a bit more liquid as the flax will thicken the dressing up. Thin to whatever consistency you like. This tastes great on spinach.
