Corn Chowder (Version 2)

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- Oil
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cans of corn
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup soy milk
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
Saute onions in some oil until brown, then add potatoes and stir around. Add enough water to cover and cook potatoes until tender. Add corn and soymilk. Cook until warm and season with salt and pepper.
