Chocolate Mousse (Version 1)

INGREDIENTS
    • Silken tofu
    • Chocolate

METHOD
Cream silken tofu in a blender. Melt chocolate (bars or chips) in a pan nested over a second pan with water in it. Stir chocolate and silken tofu in a bowl to taste.
