Glaze
Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Oil a cake pan (the recipe says 10 or 12 inch (25 or 30 cm) cake pan, but i used 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm)), dust with cocoa powder. Blend tofu with sugar until paste-like. Increase speed until consistency of thick syrup. Add oil, water, and vanilla; beat until combined. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Blend dry ingredients into liquid mixture. Pour batter into pan and bake about 45 minutes. Cool.
Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until shiny and smooth. Bring to boil, then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and let cool for 10 minutes. Stir vigorously, then pour over cake. Dust with cinnamon.
Transcendent.
