Carob Pudding (Raw)
Dessert - Pudding -

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1/4 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 3 large ripe bananas, partially frozen
- 1 cup pignoli nuts, chilled
METHOD
Process with S blade into a smooth creamy pudding adding just enough water to reach a thick consistency. Be careful. Don't add too much water. Pour in parfait cups and serve.
