Artichokes and Sourdough Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • Vegan mayonnaise
  • Soy parmesan
  • Sourdough bread

METHOD
A nice one with artichokes and soudough bread. A can of artichoke hearts, some vegan mayo, soy parmesan and sourdough bread. Mix the mayo and parmesan; cut up the bread into bite size pieces.

Spread the mayo mixture onto the bread, top with a piece of artichoke heart and top that with a dab of the mayo mix. Put in the broiler till brown.

Do we use the plain or marinated artichoke hearts?
