Vegan Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS
  • 125 grams / 4 ounces soy cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 red radishes
  • Dash of garlic salt

METHOD
Blend together the cream cheese, lemon juice, and garlic salt until smooth. Finely chop vegetables in a food processor and add to cream cheese mixture. Store covered in refrigerator overnight to let flavors blend.

Spread on bagels, crackers, etc...
