Soy Flour Pancakes (Gluten Free)
Breakfast - Pancakes -

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1 1/4 cup brown rice flour (substitute wheat flour if you're not gluten sensitive)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg replacer
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk or water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients. Stir together liquids, and add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Cook on preheated griddle (180C/350F). Turn once only.
