Smothered Cabbage

INGREDIENTS
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoon oil
1 medium cabbage, cut into 5 centimeter / 2 inch squares
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup water
METHOD
This dish is better if it is not overcooked.
Saute onion in the oil for 10 minutes and add the cabbage and garlic. Saute for an additional 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
