Nut Loaf

INGREDIENTS
  • An onion
  • 25 grams / 1 ounce of margarine
  • 225 grams / 1/2 pounds of mixed nuts (walnuts, cashews, peanuts)
  • About 3 slices of graham bread (100 grams / 3 ounces)
  • 3 dl vegetable broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices
  • Salt and black pepper

METHOD
Chop the onion and saute in margarine until shiny. Grind the nuts and the bread in mixer. Heat up stock until cooking and throw in all of the ingredients. Mix well. Pour all of it into a greased baking tin. Flatten the surface. Spread some bread crumble on top. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 200C/390F until golden.

This is the recipe with the What is it? 3 dl of veg broth or water.

I think it's a translated recipe - 3dl = a little over 1 cup
