Green Bean Casserole
Vegetables - String Beans - -
INGREDIENTS
1 Pound of mushrooms, sliced thin
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 Cups soymilk
2-3 Tablespoons margarine
28 ounces of canned String Beans, drained
1 package of French fried onions
METHOD
Saute mushrooms in margarine, then add cornstarch and saute for about 2 minutes more
Add soy milk and keep sauting it until thickened.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
Top with fried onions then bake for 5 more minutes.
