Green Bean Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Pound of mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 Cups soymilk
  • 2-3 Tablespoons margarine
  • 28 ounces of canned String Beans, drained
  • 1 package of French fried onions

METHOD
Saute mushrooms in margarine, then add cornstarch and saute for about 2 minutes more

Add soy milk and keep sauting it until thickened.

Place in a casserole dish and bake at 325 for 15 minutes.

Top with fried onions then bake for 5 more minutes.

I added carrots instead of mushrooms in this recipe, and it was still delicious!
