Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add the 1 pound of pasta. Cook following directions (until Al Dente.)
While the pasta is cooking, cube the tofu and saute in the Olive oil and garlic until warmed through.
Warm the Spinach Florentine Pasta Sauce in a saucepan or for 2 minutes in the microwave.
When pasta is done, drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Add the Gisella's Gourmet Spinach Florentine Pasta Sauce and Tofu. Toss to combine. Serve with soy parmesan cheese on top.
