Lemon or Orange Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pint / 250 ml White Sauce, unseasoned
- 1 lemon or orange
- 4 oz / 115 g granulated sugar
METHOD
Make some unseasoned White Sauce, putting the rind of the fruit into the milk to flavour. Add sugar, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and after a minute or two, add the juice from the lemon or orange.
