Jam Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 3 T of any jam
- 1/2 pint / 250 ml water
- 1 t corn starch
- 1 t lemon juice
METHOD
Make the corn starch into a paste with a little of the water. Boil the jam with the rest of the water and pour it onto the paste. Return to the saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and strain through a coarse sieve.
