Creamy Tomato Bisque

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 1/2 cups tofu
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 x 10 3/4 oz / 305 g can tomato soup
    • 1 x 14 oz / 400 g can diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup dry sherry
    • Dash of black pepper

METHOD
Blend the tofu and water until smooth. Combine all the ingredients and heat through.
