Creamy Tomato Bisque
Soup - Cream - -
- 1 1/2 cups tofu
- 1 cup water
- 1 x 10 3/4 oz / 305 g can tomato soup
- 1 x 14 oz / 400 g can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- Dash of black pepper
Blend the tofu and water until smooth. Combine all the ingredients and heat through.
